Our experience in this work has shown that the transition process must embrace and demonstrate the following principles:

Our change management service includes:

  • Initial advice to the respective boards
  • Preparation of a change management “Road Map” which sets out the steps required
  • Project managing the transition process using a GANTT chart
  • Chairing a Change Management team with regular meetings and follow up on actions
  • Arranging for a new organisation chart and Job Descriptions/Person Specifications for all posts
  • Recruiting an HR specialist to provide legal advice on all HR issues including the filling of all new posts in the new organisation
  • Arranging for financial and legal due diligence
  • Arranging the creation of a constitution for the new charity and obtaining charitable status (OSCR)
  • Arranging for the legal transfer of the assets and liabilities and arranging for the dissolution of the existing organisations
