- Initial advice to the respective boards
- Preparation of a change management “Road Map” which sets out the steps required
- Project managing the transition process using a GANTT chart
- Chairing a Change Management team with regular meetings and follow up on actions
- Arranging for a new organisation chart and Job Descriptions/Person Specifications for all posts
- Recruiting an HR specialist to provide legal advice on all HR issues including the filling of all new posts in the new organisation
- Arranging for financial and legal due diligence
- Arranging the creation of a constitution for the new charity and obtaining charitable status (OSCR)
- Arranging for the legal transfer of the assets and liabilities and arranging for the dissolution of the existing organisations
