Julie Gilmour

I graduated in 1999 from the Robert Gordon Business School and was introduced to the world of Finance at Aberdeen Asset Management then Murray Johnstone in Glasgow.  Following a period of travel, I went on to train with Ernst and Young LLP qualifying with ACCA in 2004 and working at Abbey (now Santander) for 5 years post qualification.

While working part time raising my three children, I was fortunate to spend time in the third sector where I quickly recognised my future career would lie.  I started to work for Brett Nicholls Associates in 2014 and haven’t looked back, enjoying the diversity of the work and the people.

I am a keen fundraiser in my local village raising thousands of pounds to improve the local community and school.  I love the outdoors and enjoy cycling, running and touring the country with my husband and children in our caravan.
